Evander BolCAbos The Walk to End Alzheimer’s was a really awesome event. We got to see how many people in our community are willing to sacrifice a Saturday in order to raise money to end a cause that aects so many people in and out of our community. The event for me was really fun, because I got to cheer and hang out with my friends and also get some Vitamin D, in spite of us being out in the sun.

DO LE The making strides event was stupendous due to how much fun it was. I was in charge of picking up trash alongside other volunteers. We would be looking for any piece of trash in the floor like it was a scavenger hunt. The event was pretty clean if I must claim. At the end of the event we dropped tables and cleaned some tables as well.

FRANCo FIETES The event started o as the volunteers preparing as well as the vendors and performers. The volunteers themselves started setting up the activities tent outside, meanwhile the other volunteers were inside shaping the air dry clay to make them look like mask and figurines. Then, the event finally started, vendors were selling food and souvenirs, while the performers were making the even be full of life with their music and dancing. We, as volunteers were helping the kids make paper flowers, and following throughout each step of the process. Later, we moved into the next station which were mask, the kids would draw on the pre-cut mask Last, but not least of the stations were the clay mask and figurines. Meanwhile, the whole event that was to celebrate day of the dead was full of rich culture and new perspectives. People from every race came either tonight, or the day before to see the festival. Mariachis singing and dancing, and people enjoying their exquisite foods, and great music. In all, the event was stupendous, and the day of the dead, wasn't so dead.

Aaron Guevarra At Springs Preserve, I got the chance to help and watch kids paint sugar skulls in celebration of Dia de los Muertos. It was entertaining to see all the interesting designs that some people made on their skulls. There were also some very funny skulls, too. I also got to paint my own sugar skull, and it was very fun! I helped clean up the work area with my fellow Key Club members

November Division Hadley Mitchell The November DCM at Liberty was a great way to celebrate our successful Fall Rally. Our club loved the ice breaker, "telephone charades" and the food, "walking tacos", so much that we decided to implement them at our own general meetings. I was extremely proud of Bethany, who received Member of the Month. I couldn't have agreed more as she a one of the most enthusiastic and compassionate members and people I have met. Valley Key Club enjoyed the November DCM greatly and the chance to bond with the rest of the division.
Spotted Miguel, Division Secretary a the November DCM.
Deidra Dilworth The November DCM was riveting. It's always exciting to hear all of the presidents give their presidents reports and what the club they serve have been up to for the past month. As for the ice breaker, I appreciated how inventive and fun it was. The DCM at Liberty High School was hosted in the liberty. In between the books and rich learning environment we watched Jason Williams the CMN representative tell us about Children's Miracle Network and more activities pertaining to it. The DCM was informative.
