Shortly after I graduated, I started working as the health equity manager at Gila County Health and Emergency. I supervise a team of ten people working on various programs, including teen pregnancy prevention, Rx overdose prevention, health equity, and advancing health literacy, among many more. I am incredibly grateful for everything the master of public health program taught me during my time at Valpo.
