Health Care Leadership

The health care landscape is changing rapidly and a new generation of leaders is needed to understand and manage everything from policy reform to emerging technologies to longer life expectancies.

Valpo’s bachelor of science in health care leadership (BSHCL) prepares emerging leaders using a multi-disciplinary curriculum and a practicum experience that allows our graduates to stay ahead of the changing face of health care.

Students who complete the requirements for the Health Care Leadership degree will also receive a minor in Public Health.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (2021), “employment of medical and health services managers is projected to grow 32% from 2020 to 2030.”
