The sommelier Tiziano Falvo will guide you through the wine tasting of 4 kind of Nosiola wine: sparkling wine, light wine, full bodied wine and dessert wine, together with some appetizers from the Val dei Mocheni.

You will learn delicious receipts and get useful suggestions during these cooking courses. On Thursdays you will learn how to recognize and cook cereals, to re-use bread, to cook potatoes, stuffed pastas, sweet and salty preserves and jams. On Mondays during your pastry-making course you will learn how to cook typical Trentino desserts. Depending on the season and ripening degree of fruits and vegetables you will pick them directly from the vegetable garden and orchard and learn how to process them in the kitchen.

In July and August you will discover the products of the local farms, observe the colours of the countryside and discover the secrets of the local traditions You will enjoy a rich choice of snacks, with “tortel de patate” (a crispy potato patty) and farm products. Further, during June you can take part in guided walks, in the middle of nature and history, in the areas around Pergine, picking cherries as well.

Mrs Dal Fior Stefania will guide you through the orchards of the Agricola Biologica Dal Fior Stefania and teach you to recognize, cultivate, dry and preserve the curative and aromatic herbs. The meeting will include the tasting of an infusion, using the already dried herbs, on the terrace of the Maso.

You will take part in a guided tour of the Ferrai di Telve winery, taste the wines and visit the production unit. The winery was founded in Valsugana, the cultivated areas surround it, in ideal location and climatic conditions of the cultivation of vineyards.

Guided tour to the cultivations of the B&B Tomaselli, you will get information on two kinds of blueberries (the early and the late variants) and pick them. After picking up the soft-fruits you will be taken to the kitchen where you will learn how to cook a jam. While the ingredients cook you will visit another farm nearby and then have lunch in a restaurant.

DESCRIPTION

Guided tour with an Alpine guide on the mountain top Cresta del Sasso Rotto, or along the Giuliani path, which is an Alpine mountain path along the mountain peak which divides the Valle dei Mocheni from Valsugana: you will enjoy the view of the majestic landscapes offered by the Lagorai mountain group. The route includes short climbing stretches of 3° difficulty degree.

Sailing tours from the San Cristoforo al Lago Nautical Centre. These tours are suitable for all those who wish to try this special sports activity, even for the first time. SUP Surfing lessons and excursions are organized as well.

Trekking Lago di Erdemolo: easy trekking along the European path no. E5, leading to the magnificent view of the Erdemolo Lake and the homonymous refuge (2006 m), going through / Trekking of the First World War: the most relevant feature of this trekking route on Monte Panarotta is the great variety of landscapes and its historical value for the remains and memories of the First World War. / Trekking “andar per malghe”: guided walking tour to discover the farms scattered around in Valsugana / Trekking with lunch at Casarota Refuge: you will be guided by an expert Alpine guide to the Casarota Refuge. / “Full Moon Trekking”: it is a fascinating and evocative mountain landscape lit by the light of the full moon. The tour will end with a typical dinner.

You will bike for about 40 km with a guide, along the Valsugana cycle path, which connects the blue waters of the Caldonazzo Lake with the magnificent town of Bassano del Grappa, till the Bike rest area in Tezze - named Bicigrill - where a tea break will be made ready for you.

Guided tour with an expert guide, to discover the Rava mountain, which belongs to the Cima d’Asta mountain sub-chain: on the wildest areas of Lagorai. It is an evocative path, away from the most crowded routes: you will live an adventure among giant granite sharp tops and enchanting high-mountain gardens.

Guided tours to discover the territory, its traditions and savours, in the Lagorai Eco-museum. During the tour you will get acquainted with the sites of the Eco-museum and discover its traditions. At the end of the excursion you will enjoy the taste of the traditional local food products.

The museum was created by the homonymous association in Canezza-Portolo. It displays objects and tools which were used in the past in the cheese making factory, in the houses and in the laboratories of the village.

The Museum was founded in 1997, upon the initiative of a group of teachers of the Primary School Don Milani, who wished to preserve the objects used in the history of the school and which represent a cultural heritage of high-value.

The Museum is a precious heritage of the intense activities of the community of miners of Calceranica, since the 19th century, until the second half of the 20th century.

This is the first Museum in Europe dedicated to motorbikes, from the Seventies on. It was initially a private collection, which was then enlarged till giving room to more than 200 motorbikes, some of which belong to limited series or are unique models.

This is the first permanent exhibition in Trentino of popular musical instruments. The collection includes 248 artisanal musical instruments, from over 40 countries, representing all continents.

The Mulino Angeli is a mill which used to be used to grind corn, sweet corn and other cereals cultivated in Valsugana. In the building a permanent exhibition of pictures of scarecrows by Flavio Faganello has been arranged.

The collection includes more than 2.000 objects belonging to the everyday life: working tools used in the fields and in the laboratories in the past which were gifted by the inhabitants of Telve di Sopra by Tarcisio Trentin.

This museum reproduces the ancient environments with the objects and materials which were used, when the building still was simply an ancient farmhouse.

International exhibition of contemporary art, outdoors, on the meadows and in the forests of Val di Sella, along a cultural-natural path.

One of its aims was to preserve, study and enhance the material, bibliographical, archive and photographical objects related to the First World War, in the area between the Plateau of the Sette Comuni, Valsugana and the Lagorai-Cima d’Asta mountain chain.

Permanent exhibition devoted to the life of women in the mountain with documents and objects of the women’s life in the households.

This building is the tangible sign of the roots of Alcide De Gasperi and of his legacy with this are of Trentino, which was never interrupted. Visitors have thus the opportunity to get acquainted with the life and the work of one of the founding fathers of Europe.

The museum hosts a permanent exhibition displaying the development of one of the most popular past professions, carried out by the inhabitants of Castello Tesino, the sharpener, who used to sharpen knives with the sharpening tool.

On the path to the Erdemolo lake (1700 m) and 5 km from Palù del Fersina (you need to walk for the last 2 km).

Fierozzo is in Fierozzo Vlarotz, 10 km from the provincial road 135, on the left side of the Fersina River. You access the Filzerhof on a path in stones, 100 m long, to be hiked over.

In Fierozzo Vlarotz, close to Hachler you take the road going to Località Valcava Balkof, till you reach the parking lot. From there you walk down along a path, till the crossroads with a forest road, which leads to the sawmill.

The exhibition also features a travel in time, illustrating the development of mining activity throughout 400 years of history: from the flourishing to the decay of this activity.

The mine Gruab va Hardimbl has been used since the 16th century. There you can see the great amount of work carried out by men and machineries, over the centuries, using different techniques.

The Filzerhof is a typical example of the small village built around the “maso”, called der Hoff, which is the main, central building and house. The guided tour will let you discover the internal rooms, furnished with the original furniture, the barn, the animal shelter, the cheese factory and the tools used to cultivate the fields and to breed cattle.

This Venetian sawmill currently hosts a museum, the Bersntoler Museum, devoted to wood carving and sawing activities and to the management of the forests.
