Thecompanysaidthedecreasefollowsa reviewofdelivery,storageandtransport ratesanditscostofgasrateeachquarter withtheBCUtilitiesCommission.

“Thisisdonetoensurethattherates chargedtocustomersappropriatelyrecover thecostsrelatedtodeliveringenergysafely andreliably,”FortisBCsaidinastatement.
