Lot 9. Lzzy Hale’s Signed Tour-Played Prototype Signature Epiphone Explorer.

A Lzzy Hale signed tour-played personal prototype Lzzy Hale signature alpine white Epiphone Explorer electric guitar. The distinctive signature Explorer consists of a mahogany body and a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard.

Equipped with Alnico Classic Pro humbucker pickups, a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge, a LockTone Stop Bar, and Grover Rotomatic machine heads, the instrument is outfitted with eye-catching goldcolored hardware and accessories.

Manufactured in 2019, the back of the head stock is engraved with the serial number, “18081516418.” Hale has signed the back of the headstock in black felt pen, “Lzzy Hale [heart].” A favorite of Hale’s, she played this guitar extensively throughout Halestrom’s 2019 tour. A 1”x2” patch of abrasions to the back of the body, rubbing to the gold finish on the pickup covers, and light surface wear over all attest to its frequent use. A Halestrom Lzzy Hale signature InTune tour guitar pick is included, as well as a black leatherette finish Epiphone hard case measuring 49”x18.5” and 5” deep, which exhibits some scratches and scuffs from road use.

Julian Lennon’s sensitive and poetic vision of life courses through his acclaimed music, photography and writing.

In music, Julian’s melding of uplifting introspection and thoughtful social commentary with refined hooks has made for a compelling seven-album body of work. His debut, Valotte (Atlantic), yielded two top ten hits—the title track and “Too Late for Goodbyes”—and was nominated for a Grammy for “Best New Artist.”

He went on to have #1 singles on the U.S. album rock charts. Internationally, one of his most popular songs, “Saltwater” charted successfully around the world, topping in Australia for four weeks and reaching #6 in the U.K. As the Founder of The White Feather Foundation, Julian has received numerous humanitarian awards, most recently the 2021 World Literacy Award for his significant contribution to literacy. His new book, The Morning Tribe, a graphic novel for kids, is in stores now. In 2022, Julian returns with a new album (BMG), which contains a personal and powerful array of songs that reflect relatable, universal themes.
