Used these notes to create multiple layout options for clients to choose from or change. Used survey notes to program as-built houses. Designed a few newly constructed houses. Developed and put together permit and bid sets.
Omar Moujaes Architect, Dubai, UAE – Architectural Intern May 2018 - July 2018 Experienced real-world situations and tasks both at the office and on the construction sites. Researched green buildings and sustainable design techniques useful for this hot-weather region. Also studied building elements used in Dubai and compared them to the materials used in the USA. Learned to properly project elevation and section drawings from architectural plans while understanding the design thinking process using conceptual ideas.
