We always have the opportunity to honour the past and write the future Keep what has been bequeathed to us and elevate it This is how we feel NHôme Country Living, a family farm, an ode to the countryside and rural life
A project that respects the heritage of parents and grandparents dedicated to the vineyard and wine, that reminds us of the deep importance of the connection to the community and the land In the heart of the Alto-Minho, in the oldest town in Portugal - Ponte de Lima, where the promises include a warm welcome in the good Minho way, a landscape as far as the eye can see, rural smells and sounds and memorable sunsets

The simplicity of the countryside fills our hearts and souls. A rural project that respects the heritage of parents and grandparents dedicated to the vineyard and wine In the heart of Alto-Minho feel and live the smells and sensations of the countryside, a unique sensory experience
MEMORY
The art of welcoming, typical of Minho An ode to memory, preserving the rural landscapes, the smells, the colours, the sounds The connection between past, present and future (the ancestral cultivation of the vine, the vines in their natural state, the wine and the evolution of the product).
LOCAL
The importance of promoting what is local: products and producers, staff, experiences and activities, services... A display of the best that Minho has to offer.

ABOUT US
A SPACE DESIGNED FOR A TRUE SENSORIAL EXPERIENCE OF THE MINHO COUNTRYSIDE
The redesign of the old house was done under the guidelines of our good friend and architect Teresa Aroso A dual concern to preserve the memory and innovate, invoking the countryside and comfort, blurring the boundaries between the interiors and the immensity of the vineyards and the mountains The suites extend to the outside, with private areas for relaxing and contemplation
Keeping the original areas, the house has six suites, three of which have a built-in mezzanine and two premium suites White linen and cotton towels, linen curtains and palm leaf baskets make up the space, in an intimate and harmonious interior A small counter for breakfasts and simpler meals completes the room, with a microwave, a SMEG mini bar, coffee machine and electric kettle
With the focus on comfort, the wooden floor adds a sense of warmth to the room that flows the outside into a beautiful private area with the vineyards and the Serra D'Arga as a backdrop, where another counter, a table for meals and two sun loungers for the much desired sunbathing on hot summer days can be found The fascinating shadows created by the concrete blocks create the perfect mystique in the late afternoon, while protecting the rooms from the heat Even so, all are equipped with air conditioning, just in case

Loureiro, Trajadura and Vinhão are some of the grape varieties chosen to name our suites.
The Garrano and the Lusitano were the national equine breeds chosen to baptize the premium suites. With only one objective: to associate to this rural project two of Portugal's excellence products - Wine and Horses.

- there are a total of four suites, three of which have built-in mezzanines, designed and decorated in an intimate and harmonious way, thinking of your comfort In their interior they also have a mini-bar, coffee machine, kettle and microwave
Each of them has a small outdoor counter, kitchen utensils and a dining table for breakfasts and simpler meals.

The Garrano suite in addition to the bedroom with a decoration designed to detail and keeping some original features, it also has a living room with a sofa, complete with a small counter with an electric cooker for the preparation of simple and quick meals, as well as all the other facilities inherent to the studio suites
The Lusitano suite has an area where you can also prepare quick meals and a bedroom with an intimate and harmonious decoration.

The infinity pool, shared by the six suites, completes the whole panorama, cutting through the green of the countryside, but without interfering with the landscape A contemporary design, but connected with nature
In the near future, we will have a jacuzzi designed to be integrated in the middle of the vineyards

NHôme Country Living was designed for a medium-high market segment, associating the intrinsic refinement of the project to the proximity of premium activities and experiences.
There are several possible proposals for entertainment during your stay. Horse riding, golf courses, afternoons in a canoe on the Lima River, massages for two in the middle of the vineyards, mountain trails on foot, on horseback or by buggy, grape harvests in september...
