Following a summer of renovation, Vanguard University students and faculty were greeted this fall with a newly remodeled O. Cope Budge Library. The start of the 2012-13 academic year welcomed the completion of the first phase of a comprehensive update to the library. At a cost of $250,000 for the first phase of the makeover, the O. Cope Budge Library is in the process of being transformed into a state-ofthe-art complex ready to facilitate learning and research. Built in 1963, the O. Cope Budge Library has served to
