WHO ARE WE? At the Vanilla Pod Bakery we specialise in creating luxury bespoke cakes for weddings and civil partnerships in and around the Cotswolds.

Located in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham, The Vanilla Pod Bakery, has been privileged to work with many wonderful clients and prestigious venues such as Barnsley House, Ellenborough Park, Cripps Barn, Slaughter Manor and Hyde House & Barn as well as many others situated across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties.

We are thrilled to announce, and are honoured to have won The UK Wedding Awards 2017 best Wedding Cake Company category.

We offer a complete service and will go the extra mile to create the perfect cake for your special day. All of our beautiful wedding cakes are handmade to order.

We advise booking your cake as soon as possible to avoid disappoint. At the Vanilla Pod Bakery we take bookings up to two years in advance. Please contact our staff directly, or see our website for our availability calendar.

To secure a booking with the Vanilla Pod Bakery we require a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ150.

This can either be made by saving the date with a Save the Date booking form or it can be made during the tasting consultation.

The remaining balance can then be made in one or two instalments and must be completed one month prior to the wedding date.

C a k e ta s t i n g co n s u ltat i o n s In Person We understand choosing a wedding cake is not an everyday occurrence, which is why we like to make it a special and enjoyable part of your wedding preparations.

The Vanilla Pod Bakery offers couples personal design and tasting consultations at The Queen’s Hotel in Cheltenham. The consultations are for between 2 – 4 guests. Although larger parties can be accommodated if prior notice is given.

relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and sample four of our delicious cake flavours while designing your perfect wedding cake.

Internet Video Call Consultations If you are unable to travel to Cheltenham before your special day then we are delighted to offer consultations via FaceTime or Skype.

Our online booking system will automatically offer appointments available for your time zone. As well as giving you the chance to request a tasting box of cake samples which can be posted direct to your home. UK only. Perfect for if you live outside of Cheltenham.

W E DDING C A K E PRICES All of our beautiful wedding cakes are completely bespoke and therefore each cake is quoted on an individual basis.

As a guide a Vanilla Pod Bakery fully iced fondant three tier cake is between £569 – £990+, a buttercream cake is between £461 – £707+, and naked or semi-naked version is between £417 – £628+.

All of our bespoke cake options include set up, complimentary cake stand hire plus collection, as well as delivery within a 25 mile radius* from Cheltenham.
