1. Typically what kind of services you / your organisation outsourced till now?

We have outsourced Transport for employees, Catering, Security and IT Support Payroll, housekeeping, security were some aspects that were outsourced We have outsourced services like recruitment, IT system support , housekeeping etc

2. Why Outsourcing is becoming the most attractive aspect in a Business function?

Outsourcing helps organisations to focus on their Core­competencies and let other things be done from outside It’s better to handover non­core works to outside experts and focus on your core business Primary aspect being – one can focus on their main Product and outsource the service to specialised organization

3. What do you prefer – Outsourcing to Freelancers or to a company? Why? It is very much need based, can’t be a prefixed choice Organisations should not take it as “One Solutions Fits All”. It needs to be based on need and cost implications It depends on various factors like type of task or project, time,cost, feasibility, etc

4. What threats Outsourcing could impose to a business or its functioning?

Complete collapse of business plan if there is no service delivered on time Operational gaps may hamper overall staff morale & productivity Delay in project may led to loss of client, it can affect company’s image

5. Till now how you have approached a 3rd party? And what was TAT for onboarding a service provider?
