1. Lower down Attrition Rate: “Our new year resolution is to make
sure the attrition rate of the companies (our clients) is reduced. For this we need to find the right candidates that match the organisation culture. This leads to a happy employee as well as a happy employer which in turn generates more profits.”
2. Promote Resources having lower visibility: “As a new year
resolution, we intend to focus our goal into mining resources with lower academic record, showcase them to the various opportunities we can create for them with the variety of skill set that suit them. The skills would focus on the mushrooming sectors of today like e-commerce, retail, real estate etc.”
3. Hire lots of Manpower: “I want to hire lots of manpower (freshers)
for my company in the year 2016. We are also focusing on increasing leadership positions. I want to achieve my company’s requirement by keeping myself updated with all recruitment resources.”
4. Hire in Less Time & in Less Cost: “I would like to have more
systematic recruitment in lesser time with lesser cost involved. Optimized utilisation of available resources plus discovering new resources to maximise the scope of getting right talent at targeted time.
5. Make team size double the present: “This year we are planning to
expand our team size by 100% of the present size.
