It has been observed lately that recruitment and staffing industry consisting of HR professionals and staffing agencies, are becoming more and more receptive to the HR technology developments. The daily routine manual work with an attempt to manage randomly pouring profiles of candidates and filtering out the right ones for the job recruitment is too tedious for them. It leads to a skewed performance graph of the HR department in the companies. This happens due to major part of their time and effort spent in managing the manual work.
