The $100 oyster deposit is then deducted from Consultant’s initial commission checks until paid in full. The oyster deposit is potentially refundable upon cancellation of the Consultant Agreement & the return of undamaged, unopened oysters. See Section 5 of the Consultant Agreement for full details.
