Staying ahead with the latest in tech Coming up to the beginning of an exciting fourth quarter this year. There is only one thing in everyone’s mind at this time of year and that’s GITEX 2018. The theme for this year “Experience Urban Futurism” is got the technology space buzzing with curiosity. Gearing ourselves up to take in the latest in digital innovation and a peak into the all that is happening in the tech space. The VAR team will be available to meet and greet with everyone for all five days at Stand Number CC1-6. Looking forward to interacting with leading innovators, experts, vendors and partners. The first day of GITEX, we are also all set to host the much-awaited Choice of Channel Awards. It is going to be an evening of celebrating the finest in the industry. The nomination for the Awards has just ended but we are all set to receive your votes. Do make sure to cast in your votes for the most deserving nomination. Awards are the perfect platform to bring recognition to the very best in the industry. That’s why this year, we have set up a new category – UNEQ Products. Where we recognise the truly unique and very best out there. We have had quite a few successful Awards so far and we hop that the 12th Edition of the Channel of Choice Awards also takes place with the same success.

Jiang added that in the last 12 months, the TP-link brand has gained a lot of acceptance and won hundreds of projects in the hospitality, restaurant, education and retail sector. "We are encouraged by the inroads our partners have been having with our SMB products in the market," he said. “During GITEX, we are always keen to receive feedback from customers and channel partners in areas where the company needs to improve." He reiterated that despite challenging market conditions in MEA at present, the company is excited about the opportunity that our products are creating, and we will be going aggressively to promote all the products that were unveiled earlier in the year. Jiang continued by stressing that consumers will also be treated to displays of the latest smart-home and whole-home products, which is a new trend in the markets, along with TP-Link’s very own smartphone brand, Neffos.
