;

THE DESIGN PHILOSOPHY WAS

FORMULATED. THE IDEAS ARE DEVELOPED AT THE SITE RESPECTING EVERY TREE AND CONTOUR ON THE SITE.

THIS IS THE SPACE WHICH ISOLATES THE WRITER FROM THE MUNDANE LIFESTYLE OF THE CITY AND THE NATURAL FORCES DRIVE HER POTENTIAL TO THINK BETTER AND EFFICIENT.THE AURA FORMED BY THE CREATIVE BEING WILL MERGE WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL AURA (WHICH IS A RESULT OF COMPLETE TRANSLATION OF DESIGN PHILOSOPHY AS A BUILT SPACE) AND RESULTS IN UNIFICATION WITH THE NATURE. THEREFORE THE BUILDING LIVES WITH YOU.

WITH THE CLEAR HORIZENS, EVERGREEN BACKDROP, FLOWING WATERS, COOL BREEZE, NATURE TALKS, ONE TEND TO ATTAIN THE NATURAL STATE OF BEING AND THE SOUL MERGES WITH THE NATURE.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

THE SENSE OF ONENESS IS ACHIEVED.

LOW POINT

IS AN ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY AREA IN BANGALORE, KARNATAKA, INDIA, WHICH WAS

ONCE INDICATIVE OF THE NORTH ENDPOINT OF THE CITY. THOUGH ORIGINALLY FAMOUS FOR HEBBAL LAKE, IT IS NOW BETTER KNOWN FOR THE SERPENTINE MAZE OF FLYOVERS THAT NETWORK THE OUTER RING ROAD AND BELLARY ROAD. THE LAKE WAS CREATED BY KEMPE GOWDA, THE FOUNDER OF BANGALORE, IN

1537.

IT IS ONE OF

THE THREE LAKES THAT WERE CREATED BY HIM. HEBBAL LAKE WAS FORMED BY DAMMING NATURAL VALLEY SYSTEMS THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUNDS, JUST AS MOST OTHER LAKES AND TANKS

THE OBJECTIVE IS TO STUDY THE INFLUENCE OF SURROUNDINGS ON THE BUILT FORM AND THEREFORE GENERATE A CONTEXT RESPONSEIVE DECISION PORTRAYING THE RICH HERITAGE AND CULTURE OF KARNATAKA THROUGH THE VISUAL AND PERFORMING ART MUSEUM.

THE SITE IS SITUATED IN THE HEART OF THE CITY’S CBD REGION,WHERE MOSTLY HIGH RISE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS FORM A MAJOR PART ON THE FRONT AND A TOTAL CONTRAST TO IT ON THE REAR SIDE WITH A LARGE AREAS OF GREEN COVER OF THE CUBBON PARK. THE EXISITNG VENKATAPPA ART GALLERY ON THE KASTURBA ROAD NEEDS TO BE REDESIGNED WITH THE PRESENT DAY CONTEXTUAL REQUIREMENTS, CONSTRAINTS AND USER INTERFACE.

CONCEPT MOTION IS COEXISTENT, COESSENTIAL AND COETERNAL WITH NATURE. IT ACTS ON ALL MATTER WITH GREATER OR LESSER DEGREE OF PERFECTION ALL LIVING THINGS IN THIS WORLD ARE FULL OF LIFE AND ENERGY. MOTION IS EVIDENTLY MANIFESTED IN SENSES. THE FORMATION OF SPHERE IS ALSO BECAUSE OF MOTION.
