Walking keeps you fit too. Once I had gone trekking in the Western Ghats many years ago with a bunch of people. We trekked there extensively in theregion which was full of wildlife and thick vegetation. A few weeks ago a helicopter had crashed in that area and a search operation team of 200 army personnel had been sent to locate the missing people and the helicopter. As for us, we were unable to cook as it was raining heavily and we kept walking for a day till we located the army camp. We barged in and asked for food which was being cooked.
