Please be aware that Vaya’s new claims processing system, Conduent HSP, does not send an automatic email notification to providers when an EFT is deposited into their account Conduent HSP supports the Vaya Provider Portal Provider Portal, which replaced AlphaMCS effective April 1, 2023.

We are reviewing the feasibility of adding this feature in the future. In the meantime, visit the Vaya Provider Portal Provider Portal to check the status of a claim or claim payment For more information, please review the claims job aid on the Resources Resources page of the Provider Central website.

Annual NCTracks Provider Survey 2023 Annual NCTracks Provider Survey 2023

Providers are invited to participate in the Annual NCTracks Provider Survey 2023 Annual NCTracks Provider Survey 2023. The survey focuses on aspects of NCTracks that involve direct customer interaction, such as call center operations, provider relations, training, and communications, as well as functional areas like pharmacy prior authorization and provider enrollment Please note that the survey pertains only to NCTracks use for NC Medicaid Direct.
