Hi to you all The GraIngers, Roy and Shirley, organised this day. It couldn't have been better. The weather was perfect, 40 odd cars and a nice little route. The first stop was at Roy's brother's place. We were there years ago and you wouldn't believe what he has done to his property since. The gardens are just beautiful. The next thing to perfect and to finish it off homemade scones with butter and raspberry jam and homemade shortbread. A big thank you Brian and Jill. A lot of people went home with garden ornaments made by Brian. Next stop was Roy and Shirley's place. What can I say? Another beautiful garden, a perfect place to have lunch and garages with cars to drool over. One thing I have to say. These Graingers like to work! I looked at those beautiful gardens and thought to myself "How do they do it?" Roy and Brian, Shirley and Jill, a big thank you from all the 9-90s. You gave us a day to remember. We had a good raffle and we are a little over booked for the Christmas lunch. This year Nurse Maud received a donation of $260.00 from the 9-90s. 2022 February 9 The Meikles. We will meet at the VCC grounds at 9.55am and please bring your old cars out and leave the modern cars at home if possible. Either way we want you to come. The team and I wish all our friends and enemies a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Regards, J K

As long as Covid doesn't intervene, the New Year’s Day picnic will be on as usual at the Little River domain from 11.00am. There will be a gold coin donation at the gate to help pay for the band. We will also need to sign or scan in at the gate. There will be a lolly scramble for the kids. The entrance for the domain is off Western Valley Road next to the fire station. Craig Keenan
