Aprils’s stats just released today. Year-over-Year inventory (YoY) is up 72% in King county for single-family homes in the $1m+ price range. 476 homes closed last month, only down 20 properties compared to April of last year. The number of homes that went under contract (pending sales) rose 18% YoY. Average sold prices are down -3% YoY, while active prices (homes that haven’t sold yet) are down -10% YoY.
