TVN TECH S.r.l. CELEBRATES 40TH ANNIVERSARY OF ACTIVITY

Il prossimo anno TVN Tech S.r.l. festeggia l’anniversario del 40° anno di attività. In occasione della prossima ricorrenza, abbiamo chiesto a Luca Nespoli, che con il fratello Marco affianca il fondatore Sergio alla guida della società, un breve ricordo di questa storia di successo e un pensiero a coloro che hanno preso parte alla sua storia.

Partiamo dal 1982. Come è iniziata la vostra avventura imprenditoriale?

Nel 1982 Sergio Nespoli fonda TVN Tech S.r.l. con l’obiettivo di progettare e sviluppare nuove tecnologie per il settore orafo/industria. Un investimento di idee e tecnologia che ci ha portato nel tempo a diventare un punto di riferimento a livello internazionale per la costruzione di macchinari e sistemi innovativi, affidabili e ad altissima precisione.

Quali sono i vostri ambiti produttivi?

La produzione TVN Tech comprende differenti ambiti: dai sistemi di trafilatura e bobinatura per fili preziosi ai sistemi di cesoiatura, dai sistemi di trafilatura e lavorazione tubo lineari a quelli per produrre palline da lastra o tubo, per arrivare agli impianti trattamento ceneri di recupero, alle macchine per taglio automatico tubi con sega circolare ad alla serie completa di avvolgitori (orecchini- tubo-catena).

Completano la nostra offerta una gamma completa di pulitrici 2 posti (industriali e da laboratorio), il laminatoio schiacciafilo per sagomare e per micropiattina e, non ultime, le macchine speciali elaborate su indicazione del cliente.

Quali sono i punti che costituiscono il vostro valore aggiunto?

Partiamo prima di tutto con il Tailor-made. Grazie all’esperienza acquisita, siamo oggi in grado di realizzare progetti e macchinari customizzati. Attraverso il nostro know-how, l’ufficio tecnico riesce a sviluppare nuove tecnologie, costantemente in linea con l’evoluzione del mercato. Le risorse umane operative nella nostra azienda sono costituite da personale ad elevata specializzazione, in grado di fornire consulenza specifica, assistenza tecnica e training in tutto il mondo, garantendo la massima affidabilità del prodotto nel tempo.

In conclusione cosa dire, di questi anni trascorsi?

TVN TECH rappresenta a pieno i valori della nostra famiglia e dei suoi collaboratori: soddisfazione e fiducia del cliente, continuo rinnovamento tecnologico e la voglia costante di mettersi in gioco. La nostra missione recita “Customer First”. Bene, abbiamo fatto molto insieme durante i nostri primi 40 anni aiutando innumerevoli imprese e persone a realizzare il loro potenziale creativo e produttivo. Ma ciò che più conta ora è quello che faremo domani. Non ci rimane che dire un grande a chi ha creduto in noi, per averci aiutato a rendere TVN Tech l’azienda di successo che è ora e che ci auguriamo sarà nei prossimi decenni.

Next year TVN Tech S.r.l. will celebrate its 40th anniversary. To mark the upcoming anniversary, we asked Luca Nespoli, who with his brother Marco joins founder Sergio at the helm of the company, for a brief reminder of this success story and a thought for those who have taken part in its history.

Let’s start in 1982. How did your entrepreneurial adventure begin?

In 1982, our father Sergio Nespoli founded TVN Tech S.r.l. with the aim of designing and developing new technologies for the goldsmith industry sector. An investment in ideas and technology that over time has led us to become an international reference point for the construction of innovative, reliable, high-precision machinery and systems.

What about your production areas?

TVN Tech’s production covers different areas: from drawing and winding systems for precious wires to shearing systems, from linear drawing and tube processing systems to those for producing slab or tube balls, as well as recovery ash treatment systems, automatic tube cutting machines with circular saw and a complete range of winders (earrings-tube-chain).

Our offer is completed by a complete range of 2-seater cleaning machines (industrial and laboratory), the wire-crushing mill for shaping and for micro-canes and, last but not least, special machines developed according to customer specifications.

What are the points that constitute your added value?

We start first of all with tailor-made. Thanks to the experience we have gained, we are now able to create customised projects and machines. Thanks to our know-how, our technical department is able to develop new technologies, constantly in line with the evolution of the market. The human resources operating in our company are made up of highly specialised personnel, able to provide specific consultancy, technical assistance and training all over the world, guaranteeing maximum product reliability over time.

In conclusion, what can you say about these past years?

TVN TECH fully represents the values of our family and its employees: customer satisfaction and trust, continuous technological innovation and the constant desire to get involved. Our mission statement reads “Customer First”. Well, we have done a lot together during our first 40 years helping countless companies and people to realise their creative and productive potential. But what matters most now is what we will do tomorrow. It only remains for us to say a big thank you to those who believed in us, for helping us make TVN Tech the successful company it is now and will hopefully be in the decades to come.
