Frida Honoring the relentless spirit of the Mexican painter Frida Kahlo, restaurant Frida introduces diners to the authentic gourmet specialties and fascinating culinary traditions of Mexico, with a subtle touch of modernity and the best tequila and mezcal.

Décor Frida’s design is inspired by the evolution of Mexico’s twentieth-century, giving rise to an art deco style with dynamic and vibrant details such as a wooden screen ceiling and tile flooring with tin accents.

Roberto Sierra | Having developed his talent in countries including Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama and Venezuela (where he exhibited Mexican cuisine in an international festival), Chef Sierra’s experience in prestigious hotels led him to become the Head Chef of Frida.

Antonio La Monica | After several years at various Italian restaurants, Chef La Monica began to specialize in wood-fired pizza. In 2013, he was recognized as Leader of the Month and Chef of the Year at the Abu Dhabi Catering company in the United Arab Emirates, and today, as Head Chef of Lucca, he creates exquisite dishes with a contemporary touch.
