When the "Activate Your Account" window opens, it is important to verify the following:
Make sure to use the email registered as the main one in your membership (where you received the login details). If you need to update your main email, write to updateaddress@velasresorts.com
Based on your email with the login details from our @velasresorts.com domain, ensure you correctly enter the reference and security numbers in the corresponding place.
Create a secure password (it must contain at least seven characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and non-consecutive numbers). a. b.
Do you have any doubts regarding the information requested? We'll explain what each one consists of:
Reference and security number: Both data are sent to you in the invitation email. The number of digits distinguishes them; the reference number can have ten or more, while the security number has one or two.
Email: Your log in details were generated based on the email you have in your membership as our main contact. If you need to register another email or request login details for another one, please write to us at updateaddress@velasresorts.com. Remember to have your membership number handy, as for your security, we request verification of your identity.
Password: The first field explains the policy of accepted passwords, which must have at least seven characters, a minimum of one uppercase and lowercase, and not use special characters such as (¡#%=?@.). You must confirm this password in the last field.
After entering the data correctly, click "ACCEPT" to finish the registration. It will immediately display a message indicating its success. If it fails due to incorrect data, the system will send you a message with the data causing the problem, so you will have to enter all the information again.
You will receive a welcome email to your registered primary contacts. Remember to check your spam folder. If you have not yet received this welcome email, please contact us at clubmembers@velasresorts.com
After the system indicates that you successfully registered your account, you must access the members' site again. In the "LOGIN" section, enter the email you registered in the previous step and the password and click "ENTER."
If you do not remember your password, there is a section below the same field where you can create a new one. The system will send you an email with instructions on completing the process.
How can I pay my dues from the membership site?
Once you have entered the partner site, follow these steps:
1. Go to the “MY PAYMENTS” section on the site's main page.

Once inside this section, the following window will appear:
Select the type of fee you want to pay. It can be “CLUB FEES” or “LOANS”
The debt history will be displayed on the screen once you select the item you want to pay. 4.
All pending payments from previous months will be automatically selected. Please note that you must cover the older overdue fees before paying a recent fee.
If you have access to a promotion, please consult your agent for assistance in making the discounted payment.
Once you have selected your pending payments, you will see the total amount in the bottom left and the amount you have pending to cover.
7. Press “PAY” to make the payment.
A screen will appear showing the total amount due, the type of currency, and the cards you have previously registered. You can choose the type of currency in which you will make your payment. If you are using a saved card, select it.
Select “NEW” and press “CONTINUE” if you want to add a new card.
A screen requiring card information will open. Fill in the required fields and press “CONTINUE” to proceed with the payment.
For your comfort and convenience, download your statement showing your transactions and amounts by clicking the "Download Statement" button.
Look for the account statement in the Downloads folder on your computer.
