2020 VET CEO Conference WHY SPONSOR THE 2020 VET CEO CONFERENCE? The VET CEO Conference will provide a unique networking platform for the top level of management staff from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across the country. The VET CEO Conference will provide an opportunity for organisations and individuals to showcase products and services to a targeted market of CEOs and senior business management. To submit an application, complete and return the sponsorship form, including payment details. Sponsorship opportunities are limited - returning an application form does not guarantee a place.

All sponsors (regardless of their chosen package) have the ability to donate prizes to Velg Training, to be drawn (via lucky draw) during the Conference. This is a great way to provide sponsors with additional exposure and brand awareness.

Once the application form has been received, Velg Training will send a confirmation email, including a paid tax invoice and full details of entitlements.

These prizes donations must be advised to Velg Training by no later than 25 September 2020. Velg Training will administer the draw and notification of winners to delegates. Other prize draws can also be run (and are encouraged to be run) at a Sponsor’s trade display, independently. This is an excellent way to encourage personal interaction direct with delegates (business card draw or similar), and a fantastic way to broaden your own potential client listing. These sponsor-run prize draws however are to be administered by the Sponsor at their trade display.

Sponsorship Payment: Payment options are outlined on the Sponsorship Application & Payment Form. We accept Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. Velg Training will issue a paid tax invoice upon receipt of payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. *Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to, and acknowledged by Velg Training. Cancellations (with deposit kept) will only be granted if notice of cancellation of sponsorship is given by no later than the 31 August 2020. Cancellations (with 50% of total sponsorship option kept) will only be granted no later than the 25 September 2020. After this date no refunds will apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS The entitlements in this document are offered on the basis that the sponsor receives confirmation from Velg Training before 31 August 2020. All information is correct at time of publication. Velg Training reserves the right to amend these packages subject to changes in the program format. Upon completion of the sponsorship application form, you are entering into a legal agreement. Catering: Each sponsorship option clearly indicates the included catering. Please read carefully how many representatives are catered for. Additional staff representatives manning the exhibition display or wishing to attend sessions will incur additional charges. NB: Based on Participant feedback, this event will not include a Networking Function. However the Morning and Afternoon Tea breaks have been extended from their traditional 20 minutes to 30 minutes each. In the event that the Conference/ Exhibition/Event is cancelled or delayed through no fault Velg Training and/or the venue operator including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, acts of God(s), government directions, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slow downs or disputes, or other similar events then the Exhibitor/Sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage.
