WHY BE A SPONSOR?
In 2020, Velg Training will be holding a face-toface VET Conference specifically designed for Queensland Schools. The Conference will bring together both leading experts and industry bodies to educate, inspire and empower VET practitioners.
The 2020 Queensland Schools VET Conference provides a unique chance for sponsors to meet the core of their client base across Queensland. Not only will sponsors be able to demonstrate products and services to VET practitioners but also to talk directly to the decision makers. Previous feedback from sponsors has indicated that their experience was an excellent method of demonstrating their commitment to the VET sector.
WHO WILL BE ATTENDING? The 2020 Queensland Schools VET Conference is expected to attract more than 200 attendees from schools across the state. The Conference’s streams cater to RTO Managers, VET Teachers, Principals and Deputy Principals. It offers relevant, topical professional development that is tailored to Queensland Schools.

Terms and Conditions Disclaimer: No applications will be accepted without full payment. The entitlements in this document are offered on the basis that the sponsor receives confirmation from the Velg Training before 30 June 2020. If applications are approved after this date, some of the pre-event benefits may not apply. All information is correct at time of publication. Velg Training reserves the right to amend these packages subject to changes in the program format. Upon completion of the sponsorship application form, you are entering into a legal agreement. Catering: Each sponsorship option clearly indicates the included catering. Please read carefully how many representatives are catered for. Additional staff representatives manning the exhibition display or wishing to attend sessions will incur additional charges. Sponsorship Payment: Payment options are outlined on the Sponsorship Application & Payment Form – Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. Velg Training will issue a paid tax invoice upon receipt of payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to, and acknowledged by Velg Training.

Refunds will only be granted if notice of cancellation of sponsorship is given by no later than 10 July 2020. Cancellation received before this date will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of 10% of the total sponsorship option chosen. After this date no refunds will apply. Prizes: All prize giveaways to be conducted at the 2020 Queensland School VET Conference will be the sole responsibility of the sponsoring organisation. Velg Training will accept no responsibility for prize donations. NB: Based on Participant feedback, this event will not include a Networking Function. However the Morning and Afternoon Tea breaks have been extended from their traditional 20 minutes to 30 minutes each. UNAVOIDABLE OCCURRENCES. In the event that the Conference/Exhibition/Event is cancelled or delayed through no fault Velg Training and/or the venue operator including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, acts of God(s), government directions, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slow downs or disputes, or other similar events then the Exhibitor/ Sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage.
