we conducted a host of planning and meetings to ensure that our risk awareness is at an all-time high and we are compliant to every single rule in the books.

We recently concluded our

2nd Risk Committee

meeting on 9th February, when a functional deep dive on risk function was presented to the members. Annual Internal Audit plan

for the financial year 2324 was also approved on 9th February, for which we onboarded Ernst & Young as our IA partner.

CA firm YRKDAJ & Associates

was also onboarded to support the Internal Audit function in conducting internal reviews and ABC monitoring apart from the approved IA plan.

A visit to remember:

The Risk Leadership from Brookfield comprising of Jeff Rosenthal (Vice Chair and Operating Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group) John Soini (Operating Partner · Brookfield Asset Management) were accompanied by Iman Kara (Director, Portfolio Management & ESG Strategy · Brookfield Asset Management) and Kate O’Reilly (Manager, Portfolio Management & ESG Strategy), visited the Summit Corporate office on 13th March.

The global leaders were given an overview and a detailed update on the Risk function by our Chief Risk Officer, Sunil Panjwani, who also conducted a special session on HSSE. Brookfield’s risk leaders appreciated the intensive efforts undertaken by the Summit Risk functions.

From active customer visits and engagements to leaders on the move celebrating milestones together, it was indeed an eventful quarter.

Revenue Actualization Program (RAP) project kicked off in Kerala

The RAP project has been launched in Kerala, with the entire Circle Team and the Regional Team focused on protecting revenue leakage at the circle level.
