Put simply, I founded Skyline to maximize multi-family properties’ values like no one else can. While the term “micromanagement” typically carries a negative connotation, I am proud to say that my staff and I are micromanagers in full. We invest the attention to detail required to provide the most cost-effective renovations in our industry, and commit ourselves to maintaining a sterling curb appeal. We are devoted to our tenants whether they are current or prospective, instantly returning their phone calls and seeing to it that their requests are met just as quickly. We play an active role in the communities we are privileged to be a part of, attending city council meetings, building relationships with inspectors, and improving our neighborhoods. Rental Property Management We manage multi-family properties, however many units they may have. We keep existing tenants satisfied by immediately responding to their requests for maintenance, establishing a warm relationship with them, and maintaining or improving their home to the owner’s specifications. We furthermore strictly adhere to our clients’ standards for their new tenants, taking into consideration variables such as debt and credit score. We do not become complacent, and continually seek ways to make our clients’ investments more profitable without sacrificing superlative service.

Skyline manages several exceptional multi-family properties throughout the greater Twin Cities area. Whether the properties we are called upon to manage are in turnkey condition, or whether we must begin our working relationship with a client by renovating their property from the ground up, our seasoned team and tested approach have repeatedly proven themselves of immense value. We prepare monthly reports for our clients that keep them apprised of all their property’s financials. Our reports are transparent and straightforward, a simple digest that delivers a complete profile of a property as an investment. A few months ago when the old company owned these apartments I probably would have written a completely different review. However, since new management has come to own this location it’s turned around immensely. The buildings are always being looked after and updated to what they see fit, any issues that arise are always being handled and taken care of, and communication is great. Not to mention that the awesome humans who are in the main office are always welcoming, kind and extremely helpful! Amanda Troseth, Regional Property Manager
A graduate of Northern Michigan University, Chris accepted his first property management position with Soderberg Apartment Specialists in 2006 and was promoted to financial manager shortly thereafter. Chris further served as the project manager for several large renovation and lease up projects, each with more than 100 units. Chris received 11 MADACS Awards for his work at Concierge Apartments alone before proceeding to found Skyline Real Estate Services in 2011.
Amanda has served as one of Skyline’s lead property managers since 2019, and is in charge of more than 100 rental units in our portfolio. With an emphasis on providing peerless customer service, Amanda works closely with our tenants, vendors, contractors, and maintenance and cleaning staff. When her busy schedule as a mother and real estate rock star permits it, Amanda enjoys spending her time at the lake, traveling, and crafting.
Chris applies his unique passion for renovation and property management to all aspects of his company. A philanthropist, he also lends his expertise to charitable organizations such as Avivo, a non-profit organization which assists nearly 13,000 individuals every year to achieve recovery, housing stability, and economic advancement. On his few days off Chris enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with his wife and two children. Rosa Mujica, Operations and Financial Manager Rosa joined Skyline in 2013. As a master of leasing, property maintenance, financial reporting, and human resources, she has proven herself an invaluable part of the team. Rosa possesses a Minnesota real estate license, certified pool and spa operator license, and special class engineer boilers license, and is furthermore a certified apartment maintenance technician. In her free time Rosa enjoys playing volleyball, attending Wild and Gophers games, volunteering, and spending time with her friends, family, and miniature dachshund Stanley.

Mike Solomon, Maintenance Supervisor Mike began heading Skyline’s maintenance department since 2020, and oversees our entire portfolio. With nearly one decade of experience in general contracting, construction, hardscaping, and apartment maintenance, there is nothing within the scope of Skyline’s business that Mike can not attend to. He treasures a job that presents unique challenges — and solutions — every day. Mike most enjoys spending time with his daughter, and as an avid outdoorsman can be found hiking, hunting, fishing, mudding, and camping throughout our beautiful state.
