VENUS Architects is an architecture and Design company founded in 2018 by a group of aspiring young architects. Our motive was to create good modern and contemporary design based on our ideas as a team. What keeps us on working and raises our ambitions daily is the teamwork, where each and everyone of us shares ideas and gives his/hers very best for the company and for the sake of architecture. Our company is characterized with creativity, high energy and team spirit. We love what we do and we always try to give our best in every project. Villa 'ELARA Villa Elara is a luxury family residential villa. Even tho, in surface, it is a big villa it still fits with its sorrounding. It is situated that way that it follows the form of the land creating a staircase". Insituation it has the L shape and it is situated that way that the whole space has its focus by the river. Sorrounded by nature and tall trees this villa is the perfect escape place from the noisy city life.


The YELLOW RIVER Villa Project proposal “Good architecture lets nature in!”- Mario Pei The simplicity is what makes this Villa special. The simple geometric forms creat a game in the façades giving it a satisfying look and easy to enjoy by every eye, not just an architect. House '111 House '111 is a house with a warm nature, where even on the first sight tends to give warm feelings. This mostly because of the natural materials that we have used: Brick and Wood. The house fits on the nature of Switzerland and yet has a modern contemporary look.

Villa 'V20 in typology is a mountain villa, but not a typical one. What makes this villa special is the bended form in situation making it possible for every space inside to have a view and natural light. This form makes the villa have a smoother warmer look fitting perfectly with its green sourrounding.

Villa A is a mountain cottage villa located in the beautiful Rugova mountains. Its form is mainly a triangle with arched angels giving the villa a smoother look. Wood and wooden colors are the most used materials making it possible for the villa to blend in with its sorrounding

FRON is a residential complex building located in Prishtina. What makes this project special are the green spaces, projected that way that it will stand against the noisy life of the city. The project is devided into three main functions: Residence, shopping center and administrative building. This way Fron includes a whole neighbourhood giving easier lifes to its residents.

TOWER OF CUBES "For me, architecture is not just creating a space to protect people but to make them dream as well."-M.Botta Project: VENUS Architects Location: Year: 2019 We like to call this project " a game of cubes" because of the dynamic views created only by elevating and moving cubes. The whole building is very expressive and "alive" creating a dynamism and movement fitting perfectly with the life of a big city.

Multipurpose Building Design Competition RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Campus The project represents the implementation of adequate architectural and engineering rules in accordance to technical standards and the project’s task. Multipurpose Building Design Competition RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Campus


Rwanda Chapel The Chapel is located on top of a hill,walking towards it, in every step , rise the spiritual feelings. Even thought the building does not include a symbol, its design and form makes it able for it to be felt and seen as a house of God, a place where you feel safe and pure within. The Chapel is designed with a game brick on facade, considering that the brick is a local material and would be economical to be built in both front and back facade , by only bricks we have created concealed crosses which will be more felt when the natyral touches the facade of the building. Same in the indoor ,where the interior is clean and the main focus is on the light coming from outside (behinde the altar) showing only a simple cross where the prayers will be able in someway to feel the light of the God.

Analysis how architecture can offer solutions for the stadium so they can always be reused after the event as a residential building. Considering that after the nding of great sports events stadiums remain unused. This way causing the host country and the sports association constant expense, it was necessary to come up with a new architectural approach.The project was part of the competition for a stadium residential: adaptive reuse in New York where we were in the list of finalists. The idea was to created a adaptable stadium which after the World Cup would be adapted to a residential space. As part of the project besides the football field were also: a hotel, residential building, shopping center, residential villas and common areas that would bring people together. ADAPTIVE REUSE

RESIDENTIAL STADIUM

Our idea is to create such a project which during the world cup event willbe fully serving the needs of the project. containing the main stadium , the residential area for the participants of the games and the common areas for gathering this project will become unattractive. suitable and multifuctional area which will serve the needs of such a great sports event,however after the ending of the events, the whole area will turn into a residential and commertial area based on termsof adaptability, multifunction and flexibility. As part of this will be a Stadium with a smaller number of spectators while the reaming seats will adapt to fit recycled containers as modular houses , also it will contain a hotel. Residential apartments , residential buildings and comertial atrea with shopping centers and offices as a conclusion , our purpose is ti create a project that will increase the attraction of this zone and will make it suitable for living and organizing diffrent events.

The castle of Mothe Chandeniers is a perfect ruin. It is lost in the French countryside. It is a gothic lace embroidered in stone. It is an enchanted mirage fluctu- ating on a calm lake. It is embraced by jealous vegeta- tion that has been twining its bastions and architectures as a greedy lover. The castle evokes an intimate embrace between history, architecture and nature. Faraway from mankind, this place has achieved its most resplendent beauty.

The RED PINE Villa The red pine villa is a luxury family residential villa. Even tho, in surface, it is a big villa it still fits with its sorrounding. It is situated that way that it follows the form of the land creating a "staircase". In situation it has the L shape and it is situated that way that the whole space has its focus by the river. Sorrounded by nature and tall trees this villa is the perfect escape.
