Main Role of NST

-Final responsible for specific area/project, including planning, tracking & leading local/ national related people, implementing, reviewing, reporting, etc. - Coordinating global, national & local OGX GCDP entities, including directly communicating, coaching and sharing. -Working with MoC OGX GCDP Group together to facilitate function strategic development.


Main Requirement -Required term: at least 6 months( Jan.2015~ Jul. 2015) -Basic Commitment: Around 10~15 work per week -Having regular virtual communication with MC/Group Leader/NST Chair and monthly virtual NST meeting -Weekly newsletter writing to national plenary -Attending related conference with MC support : LC Development Group and NST Chair meeting: 1st Feb.- 8th Feb (Required) ; MC LEAD conference for personal development manager. International Conference (Depends on the JD) -Monthly reporting to group leader and NST chair (GL and chair to MC) -Attending regional events: Globe RIC (as Session Faci), XPS, regional EwA, etc


Qualification

-Believe the value of oGCDP to Chinese society -Responsible for the tasks -Passionate about oGCDP function work -Knowledge & Working experience in OGX GCDP is required -International Experience is preferred ďźˆIR group is required) -Basic software using skills are required (Email writing, PPT, Excel, Podio, Animoto, Skype, Google doc, Onedrive, Doodle, etc.) -Good communication skills are required
