Message of Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, Al Bustan Centre & Residence Dear Readers, These are very challenging and exciting times for Al Bustan Centre & Residence. Last year saw a lot of change and retrospection for us. It gave way to a new beginning, bold initiatives and investments, a year of great success, coupled with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Our property’s continuing success and sustainability also depends on doing business in an ethical way, providing our guests maximum comfort and improve the quality of life of the community in which we operate. All these initiatives and efforts resulted in encouraging revenue growth last year and we forecast another tremendous year. Thus I’m happy to announce that the property is showing a healthy growth trend. At Al Bustan we exert continued efforts to achieve optimum service efficiencies to keep up the good work done which has been translated into repeat customers. Thus I take this opportunity to thank all our guests, tour operators and partners in the region for showing confidence in our services and patronising our efforts. This year the property is investing in construction of a new lobby, complete renovation of rooms and furniture, introduced a new website and online booking engines, and will start the very popular Hummer H3 promotion. Starting from mid-April to end of May, the promotion will run for 45 days when one lucky winner walks away with this mega prize. Many other new offers and promotions have also been lined-up for the year. Once again we will be taking part in Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) as co-sponsors and

Swimming lessons This summer the property is organising special swimming lessons for beginners with professional trainers, at the most affordable price! Tunisia
The property recently hosted the Mediterranean Tunisian Trading Consortium – Discover Tunisia exhibition in association with the Embassy of Tunisia and Abdullah Al Thani, CEO and partner of Al Bustan Centre and Residence. The exhibition depicted various aspects of this beautiful country which is rich in culture and tourist attractions. All those who ever thought of visiting Tunisia came down at the property to meet the representatives during the exhibition and got all the information they needed. The exhibition showcased a wide array of products from Tunisia. The Tunisian Tourism Department also showed short presentations to visitors highlighting the country's culture and tourist attractions.
Hummer H3 Due to the popularity of its Hummer H 3 promotion last year, the property has announced to revive this exciting offer this year too. This spectacular promotion which will be spread over 45 days, starts by mid-April and continues till the end of May.
