With one simple reservation, we organize your entire elope wedding that will include: ceremony location; the wedding officiant; bridal flowers and boutinniere; private photographer; champagne toast; wedding cake; on-site, private reception dinner; romantic champagne breakfast in bed; and honeymoon style accommodations.

Can we stay longer? Yes, we encourage our wedding couples to add an additional day to their stay for a special discounted rate of $99 per day. Do we have to make any arrangements with the Justice of the Peace? Not necessary as we handle all arrangements. Feel free to contact them if you have any questions or requests. How do we get our Marriage License? Marriage Licenses are issued by the Vermont Town Office - just minutes from the Hartness House. They are open Monday – Friday from 8am to 4pm. The license costs $45 and you need to bring your ID. Once the JP officiates your marriage, you will get your permanent mar-
riage license mailed to you by the Town Office. Or if you stay an extra day, the JP will pick it up and get it for you before you leave. What does Photography Package include? The Deluxe Photography Package includes two hours of photography time from ceremony to reception. Your wedding images will be delivered the next day on a CD disk. The Premium Photography Package includes everything in the Deluxe package plus: one framed wedding picture and a custom designed wedding photobook. The photobook is large square premium size and will be sent to you within 3 to 4 weeks.
What does Spa session include? Our private spa, Avera, is just for couples. It has a whirlpool hot tub, a steam sauna, infrared sauna, sun tanning booth, heated massage table, fireplace and entertainment system. We provide a canape snack tray and champagne. Additional spa and massage treatments can be reserved for additional cost. What kind of wedding cake do we get? The wedding cake is professionally prepared according to your preferences for cake type, frosting and filling. We size the cake to the number of guests. We will try to accommodate custom colors. Yes, you can bring your wedding topper.

What kind of flowers do we get? The bridal bouquet is professionally prepared with red roses, approximately 10� in diameter. The groom’s boutonniere is typically a rose in the same color. We will try to accommodate custom colors. What kind of menu can we offer to our Elope Plus wedding guests? We offer an extensive wedding reception menu that you can use to make your selection. Also, our professional chef can accommodate any dietary requirements. What would you recommend for the bride to do hair/nails?
We recommend a local beauty salon, Boccaccios, for expert facials, hairdressing, and nail treatments.
