Be Kind
Right now around the world things can seem very frightening and overwhelming. With so many uncertainties about current events and the future we can often be left wondering where to turn or what is next? While I don’t know the answers to any of these questions, I do know one thing.

Dear Readers of Simply Bowie. We will all get through this together. We have the power of kindness. Although we may be apart, now is the perfect time to pick up the phone and call a friend. Sit down at your computer and send an email to a relative you haven’t had the chance to catch up with in a while.
When we are frightened or confused, we can become angry and upset. To counter this, tell your family that you love them and how proud you are of them. Putting kindness out into the world can make all the difference. Let your light shine.
