Taking Care of Your Heart Cardiac Arrest

Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes – or it may go away and then return. You need to know the following signs.

1. Uncomfortable pressure, Squeezing, Fullness pain. An elephant standing on your chest

2. Discomfort in one or both arms, usually down the left arm

3. Pain in the back, neck, jaw or stomach.

4. Shortness of breath, trouble breathing,

5. Breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.

Every person is different, some may have one symptom and others may have all. In some cases there maybe no warning. Please do not ignore the signs.
