CPR Training

Lets talk about Saving Lives. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) are an absolute must have trainings. Everyone can play a part in SAVING a persons’ life. Starting CPR compressions within a few minutes of a person going into cardiac arrest (heart stops) can possibly restore a normal heart rhythm. The goal of CPR is to keep oxygen flowing in and out of the lungs and to keep oxygenated blood flowing through the body. It is important to know the signs and symptoms of the major cause of cardiac arrest which is a Heart Attack.
