Objective The vision i have for my brand would be a specific type of style, casual yet very sharp,100% cotton tops and sweaters, a place where women of all body shapes can shop. Where you can find the perfect pair of ripped jeans with the perfect tear and still have that comfortable feel, the clothes I make will make my customers feel the most confident and we also have simple accessories to go with their outfits. The different styles and colors of camouflage jackets will bring that pop of style out. As well as tweaking our styles to be able to stay up to styles. Having the best stylist on our team to make sure we stay ahead of the newest trends. To build upon our brand image to improve customer relations also will be known for the best customer service. In order to run this business I myself would be the CEO.I would need a fashion buyer, a stockest, sales and marketing, and an ad director. My team will service my customers online My customers are those women who are done with having to walk around the entire mall and have to leave empty handed to go shop online to hopefully find that store that has everything that they are looking for.

Mission Statement I will become the go-to place. I want my brand to be able to be the place where they walk out happy and excited to come back. My main focus will be many styles of denim jeans, V-necks, different shades of camouflage bomber jackets, camouflage coats. And a very specific choice of accessories they would be black necklaces & chokers, as well as a gold collection.

Description of Business What my brand of clothes does is make a place where my customers can go to find the best quality of clothes as well as accessories and find them at an affordable price. My brand is unique because we specialize in certain pieces of merchandise so we have more than other stores and can give the customer many options to a few of very important pieces of clothes that they can use on more than one type of outfit, I want them to buy a piece of my clothing line and have many options to wear it with, very versatile in a sense. I can say we are very competitive since we thrive on having the best and always willing to go above and beyond to prove we can keep up with bigger name brands. Having the best team and as well as a tasteful website and making sure our website features all the items we have in stock and as well as arriving soon section will attract my customers, my ad-director will play a huge role in that department so we can make sure we are putting ourselves out to the world in a positive way.

Company Ownership/legal Entity My company will be a Sole proprietorship. I will have my DBA license (doing business as) ,resale permit, and Federal Tax Identification number. The type of business I would define as would be merchandising.

Products and Services There is a huge demand for my product because not every store has the same goal, we aren’t like other brands that have a huge variety, we pay close attention to detail and customer need and those few items that you can’t find at your typical stores.

Management My background as being a manager at many other jobs in my past as well as being an independent woman that is soon to be a business major with a passion for fashion gives me the potential for great success as being the CEO of Tru Image. As for my team of employees I will hire my fashion buyer, my stockest, my sales & marketing team, and as well as the ad-director. The strengths that we all have in common would be to share our passion that we have for Tru Image brand and our dedication.

Financial Management For my start up for my clothing company brand would include us purchasing our website, as well as the resale permit, the designer of the website, and as well as advertising and promotion.

Marketing We market our brand everywhere we are, collaborate, network, give speeches, create the talk on the streets about Tru image, always ask for referrals, and build relationships and sponsor. Our goal is to meet everyone’s expectations!

Marketing Analysis My target market would range from varies ages, sizes, and races. Our type of product isn’t for a certain demographic just women with great fashion sense that follow the latest fashion trends. They most likely will be from L.A and with hard work and dedication we can make it world-wide by advertising and promoting our website, once they look at our website they will instantly know what we have to offer. I know that there is a market for this because there isn’t anything like us.

Competition Companies that are my nearest competitors would be mainly big brands that more popular for example h&M and small boutiques that aren’t as popular but still are located in the mall areas. My greatest competitors are Fashion Nova which is a similar online store with certain similarities in fashion. A big part of the weaknesses of Fashion Nova would be that there clothes isn’t as comfortable as it is promoted by the women they sponsor on social media I am confident this is true because I was a customer until having bad experiences twice.one of the most important things that I’ve learned from fashion nova would be not to advertise comfort especially if that’s not one of their biggest strengths, I’ve studied how they sponsor people who are well known on social media and that was the biggest way there advertising sky rocketed, I’ve learned plenty from that so I’m confident that I can use similar tactics to make sure Tru image is promoted successfully. I hope to do better than not only my biggest competitors but any store in general by building my customer base, promoting as soon as possible by getting our name out there will be a big step,I plan to make the best affordable decisions as for pricing my merchandise, also make sure the sizes are accurate so my customers don’t have any problems finding the right size, and also designing a rewards program. I expect for there to be a lot of competition but I’m confident I can have a strong number of customers especially using social media and friends who can help promote. Changing trends could be possible in the future but as of now I’m dedicated to this image.

Pricing I plan to put the customers first and have affordable prices but also make sure that I’m making enough profit, I know that over pricing items will only drive customers away and here at Tru Image that’s not our goal. My goal is to make sure we stay in the lines of the industry averages.
