Science Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree
The Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Science is best for transfer students pursuing baccalaureate degrees in biology, chemistry, physics, math and other sciences. Graduates should be able to successfully transfer to a four-year college to complete a bachelor’s degree in math or science to pursue employment opportunities in research, healthcare, pharmacy, and laboratory science.

With a Bachelors in Biology and a Masters in Molecular Virology/Infectious Disease, both from Virginia Tech, Freeman has been teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology and Microbiology for Health Sciences at the college for over 12 years.
