This General Studies pathway in Exercise Science is designed to prepare students with the basic general education requirements required to transfer into a four-year program in Exercise Science.
Program Length 2 years (4 semesters)

Elizabeth Fairbanks is an experienced Biology and Anatomy & Physiology instructor at Virginia Highlands Community College, with over 16 years of college-level teaching experience. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Emory & Henry College, Master’s of Science in Education with a concentration in Biology at Radford University and post-graduate coursework completed at the University of Florida.
