Career Studies Certificate This Career Studies Certificate in Law Enforcement is designed to provide a working knowledge of the law enforcement field. The Foundations of Criminal Justice CSC is a prerequisite for this program for students pursuing a Criminal Justice AAS degree. An optional Level 2 G3 program in Corrections is also offered along this pathway.

G3 Eligible This program is G3 eligible. G3 Scholarships cover
tuition and fees for Virginia residents of modest income who are pursuing high demand careers.
Tuition & Fees At only $162.11 per credit hour, you’ll
save $10K to $22K, in tuition costs alone, by starting at VHCC! Out-of-state students living within a 30-mile radius qualify for in-state tuition.
Robin Widener has a B.A. in Sociology, an M.S. in Criminal Justice, and an M.A. degree in Human Services Counseling: Crisis Response and Trauma. She has over 27 years of experience in the Criminal Justice System and is a guest instructor for several state and local organizations.
