User Support Specialist Career Studies Certificate
Do you think you’d enjoy working in an organization’s IT department? This User Support Specialist pathway will allow you to collaborate in most aspects of computer, software and network systems development. This career studies certificate will help students understand how to assist the organization’s computer users through phone, email or in-person visits. If you enjoy helping people with computers, this may be the program for you.
