The fourth in a series of moderated panel discussions produced by SF Pride in collaboration with the Commonwealth Club, Lavender Talks is free (although you must register through the Commonwealth Club no more than an hour before). Moderated by Michelle Meow, a radio host and former president of SF Pride’s Board of Directors, the June 25 panel consists of Mike Wong and Cleve Jones.

Led by Interpride, this 24-hour, live-streamed festival presents an opportunity for more than 350 Prides from around the world that have been canceled or otherwise affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to share individual messages of support and solidarity. By working hand in hand with the community, we are working to break down the barriers that stand in the way of people feeling accepted, seeking the care they need, and being their true selves.
Together we are helping correct common misperceptions and silencing the stigmas around HIV. We are spreading the word through local community events and educational programs such as Healthysexual ® and Stop the Virus. Together we are lifting each other up until HIV is no more.
