Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Joint Vibrance Creamsicles

cup vanilla coconut milk scoop Joint Vibrance tbsp vanilla extract (or to taste) orange, peeled tbsp honey
1. Blend all ingredients. 2. Pour the creamsicle mixture into popsicle molds leaving about ¼ inch headspace in each mold to allow for expansion. Allow the popsicles to freeze until solid. Or blend and enjoy as a smoothie! Oranges are sweet and delicious sources of essential nutrients, including fiber, vitamin C, thiamine, folate and potassium. One orange supplies more than 100 percent of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C. The phytochemical component in oranges makes them a strong antioxidant fruit.

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients except the chocolate chips, until smooth. 3. Fold in chocolate chips. 4. Grease pan with coconut oil and form your cookies. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
