Vic Ejanda

Vic is the author of the controversial book Cheater's Digest (2011, PSICOM Publishing Inc.) where he unravell the world of corrupted education, through and underneath the learning process. He graduated on 2012 at the University of Santo Tomas with the course of BS Food Technology. He is the Founder and the General Manager of Food, Health & Science Magazine (2013, PSICOM Publishing Inc.), the First Food Technology and Nutrition Magazine in the Philippines. His interest is in the field of Food Psychology and Neurogastronomy. He owns a shirt printing business, V-TAG PRINTWEAR and currently the Training Officer of Top Management Manpower Services. On his free time, he is a Food Consultant in Small-Medium Scale Businesses in the Food Industry where he focuses on Meat and Beverage production. On his idle moment, he continues to write his second not-so-humorous book and some science related articles. He is currently working in San Miguel Mills Inc. as a Field Operations Specialist.
