Jill Behrman is the founder/owner of Luxe45 Lifestyle Boutique in Maplewood. For more than 20 years, she ran a successful 3,000-square-foot lighting showroom in Miami, FL, that featured more than 300 brands worldwide. In 2021, she set her entrepreneurial sights on swapping lighting for leggings, selling the business and returning to her New Jersey roots to launch a new venture.

Opening in December 2021 in the heart of Maplewood Village, Luxe45 is a chill-yet-chic destination for curated athleisure wear, ready-to-wear clothes, statement jewelry, bags and specialty gifts. Jill sources local, national and international apparel brands that are often sustainable and women owned. The boutique offers elevated athletic wear that supports all workout types—from cycling and Pilates to resistance training and Barr—from brands as far flung as Los Angeles and Brazil and as close as New York City. Jill’s ready-to-wear inventory has grown exponentially as she discovers new vendors and travels to tradeshows and overseas to source quality items.
