Nubia DuVall Wilson is the president and founder of Cielo Consulting PR/marketing agency, a published author, TV/film producer and mental health advocate. Founded in 2015 in South Orange, Cielo Consulting specializes in People, Products and Places, helping small business clients grow through communications strategies that create consumer confidence. Cielo’s expertise includes luxury lifestyle, travel, e-commerce, health & wellness, food & beverage, DEI and thought leadership.

An aspiring thespian since childhood, Nubia entered the entertainment industry in 2020 when she started her second company with two partners, Starfury Productions. Starfury represents TV and film projects from underrepresented and marginalized content creators to develop, package and pitch their projects to networks and studios.

As a mental health advocate, she speaks at community events, schools and on virtual platforms about child abuse awareness/prevention and mental health. She is part of RAINN’s Speaker Bureau and creates content on TikTok and Instagram discussing the long-term effects of surviving abuse and healing from PTSD.
