Pedal Your Way to Better Health

CycleBar in Livingston provides a premium fitness experience. Delvin Burton, a former school administrator, and his wife, Charlotte Jones-Burton, MD, have owned Cyclebar for the past seven years. CycleBar welcomes participants from ages twelve through adults. The 45-minute classes include all fitness levels in a fun, communal, multisensory environment with music and special lighting effects. Clients pedal away on a stationary bike in a group setting. CycleBeat lives up to its slogan, “United by the Beat. Fueled by the Ride.”

Most clients attend classes two to three times per week to achieve optimal cardiovascular, toning, and other health benefits. Classes meet at convenient times in the morning and evening and on weekend mornings to accommodate the clients’ busy schedules. “We are always available for our clients, and we even have modified holiday classes for them,” says D. Burton.

In addition to regular classes, CycleBar cares about the community. They provide special cycling class events for area charities, schools, and other community events.
