Quite simply: this is one of those dining rooms you must visit. The original efforts that come out of Chef James DeSisto’s kitchen reflect Italian, French, and New American influences and are created with the best ingredients he’s able to find. Only top quality local produce, sustainable seafood, and all house-made pasta are used. Featured here are Day Boat Scallops which are seared and nestled in a cauliflower puree, with chive oil, lemon zest and micro herbs. This, like all of his efforts are very creative, and very good tasting.

The Kiwanis Club of Caldwell is partnering with the Cloverleaf Tavern to host this virtual event on Thursday, April 8 at 6pm.
