“I was born and raised in Amfissa, Phocis. By the age of 4 I was engaged with music. I joined the children choir of the municipal conservatory and Orff Schulwerk class (combining movement, singing, playing percussion instruments, and improvisation). Two years later I started piano lessons followed by theoreticalmusic lessons. Besides music I was never taught how to draw or paint by a professional but I loved drawing and sketching on my own. During secondary school and high school besides artistic activities(school band, acting class, school choir), I was also a member of thevolleyball team and captain of the basketball team. At the age of 15I decided I wanted to become an architect so I took drawingand hand drafting lessons. I graduated High school with distinction (18,9/20) awarded by Greek Ministry of Education and by the end of national exams I was accepted in the Architectural Engineering department of Polytechnic, University of Thessaly (Volos) where I got my Diploma in Architectural Engineering (7.27/10).Besides compulsory courses, I took elective Photography (Art and Theory) course and elective Cinematography (Cinema and the City) course. I love all forms of Art and Architecture is my means towards conquering that.

Paracity _elective design studio 1 _Volos _ Palaia area
_During this elective design studio we were asked to design houses-parasites in Palaia area, Volos. Parasites are attached to other organisms-elements in order to survive. In our case we consider parasite a balcony that is not part of the main frame of building but it is attached to it with other mechanisms. So we decided to design small studios attached tha same way to already existing buildings and created our own city parasites. Our Paracity homes are placed high above street level with no access but from the buildings they are attached to. A corridor links them to each other creating an elevated path above street/city level.

_During this elective design studio we were asked to redesign Varvakios square and design a public agora as well. The spot is located in the centre of Athens, where the temperature can get really high during summer months, and we wanted not to just build a market but a place where you can spend some quality time alone or with the family. The idea was to surround the square with a metal mesh on which we place flowers and plants for natural shade and cool. In the interior we designed the market on the 1st floor and we added elevated floor for other uses such as resting or reading a book. interior view from elevated floor

_Thessaloniki_Lahanokipoi Menemeni area
_The site is located near the west city entrance in a large area where you can find small manufacture, trade and transportation industries. The last few years it is continuously transforming. Large hotel complexes, shopping malls and office buildings are being constructed there. We were asked to design residential complexes for about 4000 people, alongside other facilities. We placed the houses in the centre of the site. In one end there is a park and on the other end we placed sport facilities (basketball, volleyball, tennis and football courts) and shops (grocery store, mini market, pharmacy, etc) as the site is far from the city centre and it is difficult to find the essentials anyplace near. The main idea was to create elevated paths-routes in order to soundproof the area from the highway. Some of them are solid underneath when some remain only surfaces in order to create space for parking spots for the residents and the site visitors.

Tavros metro station
The area of study begins at Hamosternas and Thessalonikis street intersection and ends at Kallithea metro station in Athens. We redesigned Tavros metro station completely and created a pedestrian path alongside both sides of the metro line, adding light to the dark, dangerous, blind spots. Because Athens is a densely-built and overpopulated city we thought it was also necessary to create more open public spots such as parks, squares and exhibition spaces. We found several old abandoned buildings in this area, so in addition to the pedestrian path and the redesign of Tavros metro station, we decided to turn those empty ,unused spaces into rooms for homeless people, food and supply centres for those in need, youth centres, senior citizen centres and parking spaces.

Tidy E nergetic F lowing K inetic HOUSE
T.E.F.K. House was a result of my special research topic about the search of personal space after returning back to family home. We are the new “boomerang generation due to the plague of the economic crisis the last years in Greece. Like me, many others were forced to return back to their parents home. T.E.F.K. House is a residence about 20 m2 designed to accommodate a single person or a couple. I wanted to create an affordable, compact home. The movement mechanism is simple, the moving walls/modules are placed on two rails on the floor. By combining kinetic and folding architecture, the moving walls are used as equipment storage and the free space can have multiple uses. The necessary conditions for the user and the house to function are its own initials. Being tidy, energetic, flowing through free space of T.E.F.K. House.By storing all objects in the moving walls/modules the user/users can have the experience of a 4 room house in only one space.Solid elements are the kitchen and the bathroom. The dining room, bedroom and wardrobe are movable.I focused on the minimum interior comfort space and made a proposal with minimum dimensions (that is the reason the hand model was left without exterior walls). The moving walls/modules are designed to fit in and could be placed in already existing buildings or empty spaces.

_Country house proposal for potential land buyers

_location: 5 acres of land about 2km away from Panormos village, Phocis, Central Greece
.1
During my collaboration with Theodore Tsatsaronis Architecture&Construction office I was assigned to present a country house proposal for potential German buyers. The area is located near Panormos village and can be accessed by car. Due to inclination of the terrain on almost half of the site area I decided to propose 3 different types of potential residences. site location

_Survey and regularisation of arbitary structures for the state planning agency
For this project we were asked to make a proposal with changes for the local state planning agency. We had to make changes to the existing buildings in order to be considered legal according to current greek town planning legislation.
