Truffle Pasta

oz pasta cup Parmesan cheese stick salted butter oz CBDining Ambrosia Truffle Oil

Fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, salt it generously and then cook the pasta until al dente.

Meanwhile grate the parmesan and set to one side. Add the butter to a heavy based skillet and let it melt over a low heat.

Stir the pasta into the butter, along with 1/4 cup of the reserved water. Stir gently over a low heat until everything is combined

Add the parmesan and serve immediately with fresh parsley garnish and more CBD Ambrosia truffle oil .

Truffle Salmon Sashimi

Ingredients 4 ounces fresh premium salmon ½ teaspoon minced garlic ½ ounce fresh ginger,finely julienne

½ tablespoons thinly sliced scallions

1 tablespoon finely diced green jalapeño

1 tablespoon yuzu juice

1 tablespoon ponzu sauce

1 tablespoon CBDining Ambrosia Truffle Oil

Slice the salom very thinly and fan out on a plate.

Brush the minced garlic over the sashimi evenly. Sprinkle the ginger, scallions, and jalapeno evenly over the fish. Drizzle the soy sauce, yuzu, and ponzu evenly over the

Heat a small saucepan over high heat. Carefully add the olive oil to the extremely hot pan and heat until it just begins to smoke, about 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and carefully pour over the fish. The hot oil will sear the outside of the fish.

Garnish with a lemon wedge, sesame seeds, julienned daikon, and CBD Ambrosia Truffle oil. 08



Truffle Shrimp Skewers

pound large shrimp peeled and deveined cup CBDining Ambrosia Truffel Oil tablespoons lemon juice teaspoon salt teaspoon pepper teaspoon Italian seasoning teaspoons minced garlic tablespoon chopped parsley and lemon wedges for serving

Place the CBD Ambrosia truffle oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to combine.

Add the shrimp to the bag and seal. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours. You dont want to marinate for longer than that, as the acid in the lemon juice will start to cook the shrimp.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers. over medium high heat.

Heat a grill or grill pan

Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. 10



Grilled Ribeye

Ingredients 4 Ribeye Steak Salt Ground black pepper Chili Powder Cayenne pepper 1 spoon of CBD Dining Ambrosia Olive Oil 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

Preheat a grill to high heat.

Place rib-eye steaks on a large platter and season with rub on all sides. Transfer seasoned steaks to the hot grill, and cook with the CBD Ambrosia olive oil for 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare, longer if desired. Remove steaks and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, to taste. Adjust the ratio of spices to your preference.

Avocado Toast

Boil eggs for 8 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork.

Remove the eggs shell.

Top toasted bread with mashed avocado mixture. Drizzle with CBD Ambrosia olive oil and sprinkle over with feta cheese, sea salt, and red pepper flakes. 14



Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups packed fresh basil leaves 2 cloves garlic 1/4 cup pine nuts 2/3 cup CBDining Ambrosia Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Kosher salt Ground black pepper 1/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino cheese

Combine the basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food proces sor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add 1 /2 cup of the CBD Ambrosia oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. If using immediately, add all the remaining oil and pulse until smooth. Transfer the pesto to a large serving bowl and mix in the cheese. If freezing, transfer to an air-tight container and drizzle remaining oil over the top. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw and stir in cheese.

2 tablespoons CBDining Ambrosia Avocado Oil 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1 pinch sea salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 pinch smoked papikra 1 dash crushed red pepper 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Whisk the Ambrosia oil, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper together in a small bowl; add the chickpeas and toss to coat. Spread into a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned and slightly crispy, about 45 minutes.

Pre-heat grill on medium (or oven to 425 F). Lightly brush crust with CBD Ambrosia Avocado oil. Spread sauce onto

Add 1 cup of cheese. Add onion, mushrooms, and pepper. Add remaining cheese.

Reduce heat to very low and place pizza on the grill (or in the oven on center rack) for 5-10 minutes. Just long enough to melt the cheese. Remove from grill or oven. Add tomato and olives. Slice and serve!

Combine the sliced jalapeno and shredded purple cabbage in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, cayenne and salt. Before serving, toss in the cilantro.

Heat a large skillet with CBD Ambrosia avocado oil and grill the asparagus and portobello mushrooms.

Serve the warm tortillas with the vegetables, slaw, pico de gallo, avocado slices, sour cream and pepper jack cheese.

Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg, beaten 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons CBDining Ambrosia Coconut OIL

Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, CBD Ambrosia coconut oil and bananas.

Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 3/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

Spanish Churros

Ingredients

½ cup of sugar 1 ½ Tablespoons sugar 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons vegetable Oil ½ cup CBD Ambrosia Coconut Oil 1 cup all-purpose flour

Combine the sugar with the cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Set aside. Line a plate with paper towels.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the water,tablespoons sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons CBD Ambrosia coconut oil. Boil then remove. Stir with the flour.

Transfer the dough to a cloth pastry bag or heavy-duty plastic bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the dough over the pot of oil to a length of about 4 inches, then using scissors or a sharp knife, cut it so it releases into the oil.

Pipe two to three churros into the oil at a time, frying them until they are golden brown and cooked through. Transfer the churros to the paper towel-lined plate to drain, then roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Chocolate Cookies Ingredients 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 cup softened butter 1 ½ cups white sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup chocolate 1 scoop of CBDining Ambrosia Coconut Oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together CBD Ambrosia /4 cup of the oil and sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Add enough of the oil to moisten the dough and make it soft, not wet.

Roll rounded teaspoons of dough into balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet. With a brush or fingers, moisten the top of each cookie with the remaining buttermilk and slightly flatten the top of each cookie. Top with melted chocolate. 28
