This project is distinguished by considering a site area which includes part of two municipalities: Barcelona and Sant Adrià del Besòs. As a direct result of this feature, the sector has been formed by two independent criteria, which differed according whether they were from Barcelona or from Sant Adrià. That is why the proposal seeks to deal the project as a zip through the street that, like a hinge, creates a border between the two cities. The aim is to achieve a connections in the senses sea-mountain and Barcelona-Sant Adrià, by using the proper organization of activity nodes, green areas and public transport points.
