PARTNERS MEETING SUMMARY NOTES November 20, 2014 | 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Next Meeting: February 19, 2015 at 9:30am SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION Welcome & Introductions Rhonda Mann welcomed the group and introductions were made.

Partnership Business Welcome Lee and Mark Back The group was happy to welcome back Mark Okino from SCE as well as welcome a new member Lee Johnson from the City of Visalia.

Review Action Items from 10/16 Meeting Courtney went over the action items that were on the meeting summary notes from the 10/16 meeting. Courtney stated that Colby Wells accepted the luncheon invite. Also Rhonda stated that SCE completed one of the fire house direct installs and there is still one open, Armona, at this time. Gail and Bob stated that The Tulare detention facility savings are still open at this time there has not been any changes.

11/18 and 11/19 All Partners Meeting Courtney filled in the partners on what each partners meeting consisted of and how the information will benefit them into 2015. Courtney stated that the SCE/SCG meeting was great and very learning intensive. Their main focus during the meeting was financing options that are available now and starting in 2015. Bob from SCG also stated that the data decision from the CPUC was discussed. He thought that the decision was a good and that it will help the VIEW partners access more information for their areas.

Courtney then continued on to discuss the PG&E meeting that was held on 11/19. She stated that the company is starting what they call EE 2.0 for 2015. This model will focus on serving and integrating the customer into what they do. Courtney also stated that she is very happy to state that PG&E is working on a program that will work with Prop 39 dollars. This program will be a holistic approach to energy savings in schools. Also she was happy to report that PG&E and SCE would be open to collaboration on the project.

VIEW the Success! 01/15/15 Don’t Forget! Courtney reminded the group of the VIEW the Success luncheon that will be happening on 1/15/15 at the Vintage Press. She also asked if there was anyone else that she should be sending the paper invites and save the dates to. The group responded with a few names from PG&E as well as from Tulare County.

Project Updates PG&E Staples Report for October 2014 Dave was not able to make the meeting so Kuyler from PG&E gave the October report this meeting. Kuyler stated that the program is fully funded moving into 2015 and that they will not be taking any referrals until mid-December for January audits. Courtney also stated that she and Dave have been meeting with Staples and Bob Riding to look over tableau data to see where the opportunity is and how the funding can be spread around. Also she wanted to inform everyone that the budget has been increased due to the opportunity within the participating jurisdictions.

SCE Direct Install Report Back Michael let the group know that Heidi stated that all work has been completed at this time. He will also be providing aggregate data to the partners to present to their jurisdictions. Courtney brought up the idea of having Rhonda present on how she budgets for projects, since she believes that it would benefit all parties.

SCE Projects: Pipeline and Current Gail from the County of Tulare brought up the Tulare detention facility and wanted to know where that still stands as it shows on the project tracking sheet. Bob, Mark and Michael will work together on how to get this completed.

EnerNOC DR Contractor? Courtney brought the company EnerNOC to the attention of the group and mostly SCE representatives. He wanted to make sure that they were a legitimate company that works through SCE. Chris from SCE stated that they are an outside contractor that can provide more IDSM options to muni’s that don’t want to go with SCE’s direct response program.

SCG Projects: Pipeline and Current Bob stated that he is not aware of any big projects coming down the line at this time. Bob and Courtney wanted to let Joe from the City of Tulare to speak on how they are bringing together SCE and SCG to talk about their waste water treatment plant. Joe took the floor and spoke about how they are overcoming boundaries and contracts that are predating him and seeing how they can save energy/money.

Marketing & Outreach October “Energy Awareness Month” Events Samantha from SJVCEO reported on the Alpaugh Energy Awareness event. This event took place on a Monday and was a one hour event. She estimated that she made about 150 connections with people stopping by. She gave her future do’s and don’ts for next year.

She stated this was a very successful event and had around 250 attendees. She also reported that 70 people took advantage of the free flu shots and 17 people signed up with Proteus.

SCE Holiday Light Exchange Samantha will be letting all participating partners know their allotted amount within the coming week. Also the partnership is shooting for a December 1st or 2nd delivery date for all light strands. She will keep all partners in the loop when it comes to exchange items.

Other Business Next Regular Meeting will be held on February 9th.

Courtney to send Methane study to Gail (regarding solid waste facility)
